TRIAL ATTORNEY ­ I am a Solo Practicing Trial attorney in the private practice of law concentrating my practice in the fields of criminal defense, personal injury plaintiff work and medical malpractice throughout the State of Oregon.

Criminal defense:
I represent persons accused of criminal offenses. Personal Injury plaintiff Cases:
I represent and have experience representing persons injured in automobile accidents, bicycle/motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip & fall cases (premises liability), animal attacks & injuries and those who have been victims of sexual abuse or misconduct.

Medical Malpractice and negligence:
I represent and have experience representing persons injured by medical negligence, surgical negligence, failure to diagnose and treat a medical condition, and dental negligence.
